The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put educa-tion,science and technology,and talents into an integrated plan,which is an objective need for pro-moting Chinese-style modernization.Marxist advocated the free and comprehensive development of human beings and attached great importance to the development of education,the improvement of science and technology,and the cultivating of all kinds of talents.The Communist Party of China has enriched and developed the Marxist concepts of education,science and technology,and talents with the times.The relationship among education,science and technology,and talents has become in-creasingly clear in the historical evolution.Education is the precursor of science,techonology and tal-ents,science and technology is the driving force of education and talents,and talents are the key to education and science and technology,and the three ultimately points to building an innovative coun-try.The promoting of the trinity of education,science,technology,and talents is not a one-way inter-action between elements or within subsystems,but putting the accent on the system operation and collaborative innovation.In this regard,it is necessary to plan systematically and strengthen the Par-ty's overall leadership of promoting the trinity of education,science,technology,and talents,strive for key breakthroughs to accelerate the building of a strong education,science and technology,and talents country,break down barriers and build a community of educational and scientific talents,and enhancing the overall effectiveness of science and technology education talents.
