摘要

教育、科技、人才"三位一体"是新时代高等教育的重要战略要求和发展目标,新质人才是助力新质生产力发展的核心力量.新质人才是指满足人才新质态属性并且能够推动生产力发展的人才,具有创新性、引领性、动态性、循环性和市场资本性等新质态属性.教育、科技、人才一体推进具有强大的内生逻辑和外在能量,是相互联系、相互支撑的体系,其中教育为基础,科技为驱动,人才为支撑,三者相互促进、相互支撑为社会发展注入新动能.目前,数字化发展对传统高等教育人才培养模式产生冲击,产业升级也对人才提出更高要求,新质生产力的发展需要高质量人才的优质输出.为应对现实挑战,实现教育、科技、人才"三位一体"赋能高等教育新质人才培养,建议创立"教育元宇宙"数字化教育体系,构建教育连接科技的"桥船一体"人才培养模型,实现教育、科技、人才"三位一体"与新质人才培养的双向赋能,共同构筑高等教育人才培养生态系统.

Abstract

The trinity of education,science,technology,and talents is a crucial strategic require-ment and development goal for higher education in the new era,new-quality talents are the core force supporting the development of new-quality productivity.New-quality talents refer to individuals who possess the attributes of new quality and are capable of driving productivity development,character-ized by innovation,leadership,dynamism,cyclicality,and market capital.The trinity of education,science,technology,and talents has strong intrinsic logic and external energy,forming an intercon-nected and mutually supportive system.This system is based on education,driven by science and technology,and supported by talents,with each element promoting and supporting the others to in-ject new momentum into social development.Currently,digital development has impacted traditional higher education models,industrial upgrading has set higher requirements for talents,and the deve-lopment of new-quality productive forces requires high-quality talents for quality output.To address the real challenges and achieve the empowerment of higher education in cultivating new-quality ta-lents through the trinity of education,science,technology,and talents,it is recommended to establish a"metaverse of education"digital education system,construct a"bridge-ship integration"talent cul-tivation path model that connects education with technology,and achieve mutual empowerment be-tween the trinity of education,science and technology,and talents and the cultivation of new-quality talents,to jointly build an ecosystem for the cultivation of talents in higher education.
