The Characteristics,Experience and Enlightenment of Burden Reduction Governance in Primary and Secondary Schools under the Background of "Double-reduction"—Analysis Based on Typical Cases of National"Double-reduction"Work
The typical cases of the national"double reduction"work have condensed the educa-tional wisdom of frontline educators,formed a unique and effective burden reduction plan,and pro-vided a valuable burden reduction model for primary and secondary schools nationwide.Under the background of"double-reduction",the characteristics of burden reduction governance in primary and secondary schools are distinctive,mainly including adhering to the concept of positive and innova-tive thinking,highlighting the concept of nurturing people,focusing on the structure of collaborative education and emphasizing the trend of digital transformation.The burden reduction governance in primary and secondary schools under the background of"double-reduction"can be summarized as policy driven governance model,joint participation governance model,tailored governance model,project led governance model,digital intelligent governance model,evaluation based governance model,and supervision-based governance model.Based on the analysis of typical cases of national"double reduction"work,it can be found that the governance of primary and secondary school bur-den reduction is a systematic project,and it is necessary to innovate a high-quality and balanced de-velopment mechanism to comprehensively improve the quality of compulsory education,establish a regulatory mechanism for off-campus training and standardize the governance of variant off-campus training,improve the after-school service guarantee mechanism and focus on improving the quality of after-school services,build a digital education governance mechanism and promote the construction of a digital governance platform.
