New Teaching Orientation and Practice Choices of Teachers in the Context of High-quality Education Ecological Construction
As the backbone of education, the education ecology of teachers affects the develop-ment trend of national education and teaching. The construction of high-quality education ecology has become a key proposition that needs to be solved urgently to accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system, and the construction of high-quality education ecology calls for transforma-tion of teachers'teaching orientation. In the context of high-quality development of education, the con-struction of education ecology needs to persist in three logics, that is,the cognitive logic from one-si-ded examination to soul-building education, the generation logic from a single subject to multiple subjects, and the development logic from performance-oriented to morality-first.Under this construc-tion logic, teachers'teaching orientation needs to realize the transformation and upgrading of teach-ing philosophy, teaching subject and teaching evaluation. The construction of a new orientation for teaching requires the joint efforts of the society, government, schools, teachers and other parties to further implement the concept of high-quality education, promote the practice of high-quality educa-tion,explore the transformation of teachers'role positioning from a single subject to symbiotic and mutual learning, from de-specialization to return to specialization, and promote the ecological shift of teacher education from focusing on performance to focusing on education, from instrumental rationali-ty to value rationality, and from basic training to precise training, and continue to deepen the guid-ance and practice of the concept of high-quality education, strive to create a culture of collaboration and symbiosis between teachers and students to promote teaching, and continue to empower teachers'professional development towards modernization.
