Exploration of the Professional Development Path of the Teaching Force in Vocational Schools Based on the Dual Competence Model
The construction of the teaching force in vocational schools is the key to strengthen the positioning of vocational education type,promote the high-quality development and modernization of vocational education.At present,there are still a series of problems that need to be solved in the professional development of the teaching force in vocational schools in China.Based on the input competence model and output competence model,the systematic design of"pre-service,admission,in-service"for professional development of the teaching force can better improve the quality of the teaching force in vocational schools.In terms of pre-service training,it is necessary to exert the col-laborative function of the training subject,clarify specific standards for training content,and achieve the multidimensional development of the training modes.In terms of admission system,we should ad-here to the concept of emphasizing both morality and skill,improve static standards for qualification certification,and standardize dynamic procedures for teacher recruitment.In terms of in-service deve-lopment,it is necessary to improve the four-level linkage of in-service training system,innovate the train-ing mode of in-service teacher groups,and improve the evaluation mechanism of the"double-quali-fied teachers"standard.
