乡村教育数字治理的逻辑理路与实践路向

数字治理是乡村教育数字化转型的关键要素,也是推进乡村教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要手段.乡村教育数字治理不仅遵循纠正乡村教育治理过程偏差的实践逻辑、升级乡村教育治理模式的技术逻辑及契合乡村教育治理诉求的价值逻辑,而且理应呈现创建联通式乡村教育治理群落、构建数字型乡村教育治理格局、打造理智型乡村教育治理空间的理想图景.当前,对标乡村教育治理体系和治理能力现代化目标,乡村教育数字治理场景中管理本位的治理理念抑制了乡村教育治理活力、相对贫乏的治理条件弱化了乡村教育治理效能、城市本位的治理技术遮蔽了乡村教育治理特质.基于此,有必要以数字技术整体协同理念驱动乡村教育治理变革创新、以优化数字治理环境推动乡村教育数字治理高效运转、以创建融合式治理模式打造乡村教育特色化品牌,从而促进乡村教育高质量发展.
The Logical Paths and Practical Directions of Digital Governance in Rural Education
Digital governance is a key element of the digital transformation of rural education,and also an important means to promote the modernization of rural education governance system and governance capacity.The digital governance of rural education not only follows the practical logic of correcting the deviation of the process of rural education governance,the technical logic of upgrading the mode of rural education governance and the value logic of meeting the demands of rural educa-tion governance,but also should present the ideal picture of creating a connected rural education go-vernance community,constructing a digital rural education governance pattern,and creating a rational rural education governance space.At present,in order to target the modernization of rural education governance system and governance capacity,the management-oriented governance concept in the ru-ral education digital governance has inhibited the vitality of rural education governance,the relatively poor governance conditions have weaken the efficiency of rural education governance,and the city-based governance technology has shadowed the characteristics of rural education governance.Based on this,it is necessary to drive the reform and innovation of rural education governance with the over-all collaborative concept of digital technology,to optimize the digital governance environment to pro-mote the efficient operation of rural education digital governance,to create an integrated governance model to build a characteristic brand of rural education,so as to promote the high-quality develop-ment of rural education.
