Dilemma,Logic and Path of Reconstruction of Graduate Education Governance with Digital Intelligence
Digital intelligence technology has promoted the bottom reconstruction of human so-cial ecology.The hierarchical control,segmentation and fragmented management in the traditional graduate education management in our country have led to the difficult transformation of the digital intelligence of graduate education management.The reconstruction of time,space and system by digi-tal intelligence technology incubates the concept of open,flat and integrated governance.The form of digital intelligence enables the transformation of graduate education governance concept,the techno-logical innovation promotes the optimization of graduate education governance mechanism,and the tool rationality adapted to the value dominance of graduate education governance are the necessary logic to promote the transformation of digital intelligence of graduate education governance.As a"combination"of reconstructing time,space and system,digital intelligence platform is the natural choice for structural restructuring,process optimization and functional improvement of graduate edu-cation governance,and it is also the inevitable way to promote the modernization of graduate educa-tion governance system and governance capacity.
