The Value Orentations,Group Characteristics and Cultivation Paths of Educator-type Rural Teachers
In the new journey of comprehensively promoting the building of a powerful country of education and the rejuvenation of the nation,the cultivation of educator-type rural teachers aims at pursuing the triple value of supporting the construction of a strong education country with talent culti-vation,empowering the revitalization of rural education with special resources,and assisting the de-velopment of rural teachers with exemplary models.Based on the contemporary connotation of the spirit of educator and the special function of rural teachers,the educator-type rural teacher group needs to embody six group qualities in the three dimensions of value stance,spirituality and practical wisdom,i.e.,ideal conviction,mission commitment,noble teacher ethics,rural character,educational wisdom,and practical ability.In this regard,the cultivation of educator-type rural teachers can be built in four aspects:coordinating and arranging a guaranteed cultivation system,collaborating to build a three-dimensional cultivation system,carefully designing customized cultivation content and significantly enhancing the effectiveness of endogenous cultivation.
