The Value,Dilemma and Path of the Cultivation of Educator-type Rural Teachers
Educator-type rural teachers are an important force in realizing the rural revitalization strategy,building an educational power,and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The cultivation of educator-type rural teachers has the value implication of enabling the development of poverty-stricken areas,helping teachers with role consciousness and enhancing relational connec-tion.However,the cultivation of educator-type rural teachers faces practical difficulties such as insuf-ficient regional talent reserves,lack of positions in rural schools,and weak support from relational needs.Based on the dimension of regional space,the talent reserve should be expanded through mul-tiple channels;based on the dimension of role fulfillment,a growth platform should be built for edu-cator-type rural teachers;based on the dimension of relationship demand,the occupational attractive-ness of rural teachers should be enhanced.
