摘要

统筹"三教"协同创新是现代职业教育体系建设的必由之路,是新时代职业教育改革与发展的当务之急.就历史发展逻辑而言,统筹"三教"协同创新是高等教育规模发展以及高等职业教育体系演变的必然趋势;就职业教育发展战略逻辑而言,统筹"三教"协同创新是职业教育领域的综合改革、推进职业教育高质量发展以及职业教育人才培养模式改革的必然要求;就制度创新的逻辑而言,"三教"协同创新有赖于发挥省级政府的统筹职能,深化统筹"三教"协同创新的体制机制改革,建立健全统筹"三教"协同创新的法律保障体系.

Abstract

The collaborative innovation of"Three Educations"is a necessary path for the recon-struction of modern vocational education system and the urgent task for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era.From the logic of historical development,the coordinated in-novation of"three educations"is an inevitable trend of the expansion of higher education scale and the evolution of the higher vocational education system.From the perspective of vocational education-al development strategy logic,the coordinated innovation of the"three educations"is an inevitable requirement for the comprehensive reform of vocational education,the promotion of high-quality de-velopment of vocational education,and the reform of talent cultivation models in vocational educa-tion.From the perspective of institutional innovation logic,the coordinated innovation of"three edu-cations"relies on leveraging the coordinating functions of provincial governments,deepening the re-form of the institutional mechanism for collaborative innovation among the"three educations",and establishing and perfecting a legal guarantee system for the coordinated innovation of"three educa-tions".
