The Logic,Dilemmas and Strategies for the Collaborative of"Three Educations"in Supporting the Transformation and Upgrading of China's Traditional Manufacturing Industry—In View of the Perspective of Innovation Chain Theory
The central government of China has successively proposed strategic requirements such as"improving the coordinated development mechanism of vocational education,higher educa-tion,and continuing education"and"promoting collaborative innovation among vocational education,higher education,and continuing education."The collaboration of the"Three Educations"can pro-vide talent services for the transformation of the manufacturing industry,serving as a talent support for its development.It can also offer technological innovation services for the manufacturing sector's innovation,serving as a technical support for its innovative development.In the process of"Three Educations"collaboration assisting the transformation of traditional manufacturing in China,there are currently several practical difficulties,including uneven resource distribution among the"Three Educations"leading to imbalanced capabilities,inadequate functionality,mismatches between talent supply and the demands for upgrading the manufacturing industry,and incomplete relevant mecha-nisms.The"Three Educations"need to adjust and optimize their respective functional positioning in accordance with the innovation chain of the manufacturing industry.They should work together to create a new situation of deep integration between industry and education,improve the mechanisms that support the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing through"Three Educa-tions"collaboration,and establish an intermediary support system to promote the interaction and in-tegration of the entrepreneurial chain and industrial chain,thereby to assist in the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing in China.
