The Logic and Path of Russia Higher Education Reform in"Post Bologna Era"
The current"Bologna Process"is a landmark event in the context of geopolitical con-flicts,reflecting the contradictions between Russia and the West in the field of higher education.It indicates the interruption of Russia's integration into the European education integration space and is regarded as an important turning point in the history of national education.In this context,Russia is re-examining the symbiotic model between international experience and its own educational tradi-tions,and is embarking on a new process of higher education reform with the basic dimension of serv-ing the country's major strategic needs.Based on the historical and current perspectives of the devel-opment of higher education in Russia,a deep identification of the driving forces behind"post Bolo-gna era"higher education reform,grasping the construction logic of the reform,and summarizing the practical path of the reform can help understand how Russia is rebuilding its unique national higher education system under the Western pressure.This will provide a forward-looking layout for China to timely assess the"risks"and"opportunities"of higher education development in the context of inter-national changes,and provide overseas experience and strategic references for enhancing the resil-ience of the higher education system under the background of building an educational power house.
