The Development of New Quality Productivity Forces and Innovative Action for the Talent Cultivation Model of High-level Applied Universities
High-level applied universities are an important part of China's higher education sys-tem and play a vital role as the vanguard in promoting the development of new quality productivity forces.New quality productivity forces and high-level applied universities have high correlation.The development of new quality productivity forces has put forward new requirements for the innovative expansion of disciplines and majors,as well as the innovation of talent cultivation goals in high-level applied universities.At present,there are many problems in the talent cultivation of high-level ap-plied universities,such as the deviation of talent cultivation goals from the positioning of high-level applied universities,insufficient comprehensiveness,pertinence,and timeliness of the knowledge system,and the backwardness of the form and training methods of university-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation.Therefore,high-level applied universities should adopt the following measures for innovating the talent cultivation mode:clarifying the university's orientation and promoting the transformational development of high-level applied universities;adhering to the mission of cultiva-ting students with integrity and morals and innovating the talent cultivation objectives of high-level applied universities;innovating the talent cultivation mode that prioritizes the development of capa-bilities at high-level applied universities.
