数字赋能应用型高校技能人才培养,遵循理论逻辑、政策逻辑、实践逻辑彼此联动的逻辑理路,即促进"智技融合"与"质量均衡"的深度发展,聚焦"教育数字化"与"人才强国"的国家战略,实现"人才供应"与"企业需求"的精准匹配。然而,数字赋能应用型高校技能人才培养依然面临着诸多困境,突出表现在教育主体协同不足、数字环境优化不够与数字生态功能效果不佳等方面。为了推动数字赋能应用型高校技能人才培养的良性发展,可以通过增进数字赋能的包容性,推动多元参与者协同共进;强化数字赋能的精准性,优化教育数字化生态环境;提升数字赋能的耦合性,增强高校数字化育人实效。
Logical Direction,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Approach of Digital Empowerment of Skilled Talent Cultivation in Applied Universities
Digital empowerment of applied universities in the cultivation of skilled talents follows the logic of theory,policy,and practice,namely,to promote the in-depth development of"wisdom and technology integration"and"quality balance",to focus on the national strategy of"education and digitalization"and"talent power",and to achieve an accurate match between"talent supply"and"enterprise demand".It focuses on the national strategies of"digitalization"and"talent strengthening",and realizes an accurate match between"talent supply"and"enterprise demand".However,the training of skilled talents in applied universities with digital empowerment still faces many difficulties,highlighted by the insufficient synergy of educational subjects,insufficient optimi-zation of the digital environment,and ineffective digital ecological functions.To promote the benign development of skilled talent cultivation in digitally empowered applied universities,we can try to enhance the inclusiveness of digital empowerment and promote the synergy of multiple participants;strengthen the precision of digital empowerment and optimize the digital ecological environment of education;improve the coupling of digital empowerment and enhance the effectiveness of digital edu-cation in colleges and universities.
