The Goal Dependence,Connotation Logic and Practical Path of High-quality Talent Cultivation Under the Support of University Curriculum System
The quality of the university curriculum system directly affects the quality of indepen-dent cultivation of talents.The construction of a high-quality university curriculum system must address three core issues:the purpose view,function view and practice view of curriculum system construc-tion,aiming to serve national strategies,build a powerful country in education,and meet the require-ments of economic and social development transformation and the transformation of contradictions in higher education in the new era.The university curriculum system must reflect the curriculum educa-tion function of quality education in terms of training objectives,cultivating content,cultivating meth-ods,and evaluation system.In the construction practice of the university curriculum system,atten-tion should be paid to the curriculum system construction goals of focusing on students,enhangcing their core literacy,and promoting their comprehensive development.Then,we need to strengthen the construction content closely related to students'lives,attach importance to the value attribute of ide-ological and political education in curriculum,pay attention to the personalized and open nature of curriculum system management,emphasize the development of teachers as the main teaching body and continuously improve the evaluation mechanism for high-quality talent cultivation,so as to strongly support the realization of the goal of cultivating high-quality talents in universities.
