Research on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Discipline Construction in Universities—Qualitative Comparative Analysis of Fuzzy Sets Based on 30 Universities
The discipline construction of universities is related to national scientific and techno-logical innovation and personnel training,so it needs to mobilize various resources to promote it.Re-source dependence theory can help to deeply understand the resource dependence and path of uni-versity discipline construction.The resource dependence of university discipline construction is mainly manifested as the dependence on the internal and external resources of university,the inter-nal resources of university include their own income level,the allocation of teachers and the strength of scientific research.External resources include education funds,digital economy level,talent envi-ronment,and urban innovation capacity.Through the qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets,it is found that the allocation of teachers and research strength in universities are the core conditions for the construction of high-level disciplines,and four configuration paths for the construction of high-level disciplines and the potential substitution relationships among each condition variable in the configuration path are obtained.Accordingly,the countermeasures are put forward:universities should improve the program of attracting talents and cultivating talents,and form a multi-level teacher struc-ture;universities should carry out the construction of mathematical intelligence scientific research and realize the transformation of scientific research results;the governments should optimize the di-rection of funding support and evaluate the effectiveness of construction scientifically;the society should form a win-win environment for talent transfer with colleges and universities;universities should allocate resources reasonably and realize the Pareto optimal allocation of resources.
