行业产教融合共同体的提出是当前产教融合理念不断发展的必然趋势.作为一种具有进步性的行业产教融合新机制,行业产教融合共同体具有明确的建设目标,它将教育、人才、创新等要素紧密联结,培养高素质技术技能人才,创新体制机制,注重服务经济社会发展,将职业教育与行业进步、产业转型、区域发展紧密结合.行业产教融合共同体以扎实的基础建设、完善的管理运行机制、卓越的服务能力和显著的运行成效,以及完备的保障措施四大核心要素为建设重点,进一步化解组建目标不明确、建设逻辑不清晰、组织较为松散等困境.未来,行业产教共同体仍需强化其成员的联结纽带,实现资源聚集与共享,筑牢坚实的建设基础,全面规划运行机制,确保服务能力与运行成效的最大化,并加大后续的保障与监督力度,以实现多元合作制度创新,为人才培养与经济发展服务.
Connotation,Construction Goals and Advancement Path of the Industry-education Integration Community
The industry-education integration community is an inevitable trend under the conti-nuous development of the current concept of industry-education integration.As a new progressive mech-anism of industry-education integration,the community has a clear construction goal to closely con-nect the elements of education,talent and innovation,cultivate high-quality technical and skilled tal-ents,innovate the system and mechanism,emphasize on serving the economic and social develop-ment,and closely integrate vocational education with the progress of the industry,industrial transfor-mation and the region.The four core elements of solid infrastructure,perfect management and opera-tion mechanism,excellent service capability and remarkable operational effectiveness,as well as complete safeguards are the focus of construction.In order to solve the construction difficulties such as ambiguous goals,unclear construction logic and loose organization,the community still needs to strengthen the linkage of community members in the follow-up construction process,realize resource aggregation and sharing,build a solid foundation for the construction,comprehensively plan the oper-ation mechanism,make the service capacity and operational effectiveness more optimal,and strength-en the follow-up safeguard and supervision,so as to realize the innovation of multi-dimensional coop-eration system,and to serve the cultivation of talents and the development of the economy.
