摘要
党的十八大以来,"大思政课"已成为赋能高校劳动教育创新发展的新引擎和新工具,而"大思政课"与高校劳动教育的时空相逢,二者目标上的统一性、内容上的融通性、方法上的协同性,反映了"大思政课"与高校劳动教育之间具有高度的内在契合性,彰显了"大思政课"赋能高校劳动教育的内在逻辑."大思政课"赋能高校劳动教育,主要呈现出以"大格局"重塑高校劳动教育形态、以"大课堂"拓展高校劳动教育场域、以"大平台"丰富高校劳动教育资源、以"大师资"促进高校劳动教育师资联动等向度."大思政课"赋能高校劳动教育的运作是一个复杂且牵涉众多的过程,其中也存在一些需要规避和调适的风险和倾向.
Abstract
Currently,the"Great Ideological and Political Course"has become a new engine and tool for em-powering the innovative development of labor education in universities.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the"Great Ideological and Political Courses"have coincided with the time and space of labor education in universities.The unity of their goals,the integration of their content,and the syn-ergy of their methods reflect a high degree of internal compatibility between"Great Ideological and Political Courses"and labor education in universities,highlighting the inherent logic of"Great Ideological and Political Courses"empowering labor education in universities.The empowerment of labor education in universities through the"Great Ideological and Political Course"mainly presents the following aspects:reshaping the form of labor education in universities through the"Great Pattern",expanding the field of labor education in uni-versities through the"Great Classroom",enriching labor education resources in universities through the"Great Platform",and promoting the linkage of labor education teachers in universities through the"Master Talent".The operation of empowering labor education in universities with the"Great Ideological and Political Course"is a complex and involves many processes,among which there are also some risks and tendencies that need to be avoided and adjusted.
