The eight actions of the"Belt and Road"define the orientation of international practical talents training for the"Belt and Road"education action.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the inter-national development of languages,infrastructure construction,transportation,information technology,energy and other disciplines closely related to the development needs of the"Belt and Road",and attach importance to the cultivation of international practical talents with cross-cultural communication literacy,international pro-fessional skills,good comprehensive quality and firm national cultural beliefs,and who are competent for in-ternational affairs.Based on the current internationalization of practical talents cultivating problems,Chinese universities should make clear the internationalization of practical talents training objectives;Build a"interna-tionalized+practical"discipline curriculum system;Comprehensively strengthen foreign language education;Actively explore the multiple paths of students'comprehensive quality training;Strengthen the education of students'national culture belief;Optimize the construction of international teaching staff;Build a special plat-form for the training of international practical talents for the"Belt and Road"to optimize the training system for innovative international practical talents,and achieve the accurate supply of international practical talents for the"Belt and Road".
