As an objective fact,educational anxiety has its own manifestations and degrees of influence in dif-ferent historical periods of human society.However,modern society endows educational anxiety with new meanings,making it a collective and structural educational experience.From an epistemological perspective,the essence of educational anxiety lies in the misplacement and deviation of educational values caused by utili-tarian thinking,which is manifested in aspects such as value,content,and process,ultimately leading to the depersonalization of education.The key to relieving educational anxiety lies in facing educational anxiety itself with the courage of existence,adhering to the educational orientation of education while coexisting with anxie-ty,rebuilding human ontological security in a sound educational relationship,and transforming educational anxiety into an inexhaustible driving force for individual growth.
