党的二十大报告中指出,"丰富人民精神世界"是中国式现代化的本质要求之一.高职院校在为建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国提供智力和人力支持的同时,理应思考如何落实"物质富足、精神富有"的根本要求,推动学生精神成人与技能成才的有机融合,使学生真正成长为掌握现代化技术、具有丰富精神内涵的高素质技术人才.高职院校应以青年学生的思想特点和生活实际为起点,坚持个人发展与社会进步辩证统一、坚持技能成才与精神成人相辅相成、坚持学校教育与社会实践同向而行、坚持价值引领与精神完满融合共进,以此增强高职院校学生精神文化教育活动的针对性、系统性、有效性,帮助他们充盈精神世界,增强精神动能.
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that"enriching the people's spiritual world"is one of the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization.While providing intellectual and human support for building a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics,higher vocational education should also consider how to implement the fundamental requirements of"material wealth and spiritual wealth",and promote the organic integration of students'spiritual growth and skill development,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who are truly proficient in modern technology and rich in spiritual world.Vocational colleges should start from the ideological characteristics and practical life of young students,and adhere to the dialectical unity of personal development and social progress,mutual development of skills acquisition and spiritual growth,joint efforts in school education and social practice,integration between value guidance and spiritual integrity,and enhance the the spiritual and cultural education activities of vocational college students purposefully,systematically and effectively to help them fill their spiritual world and enhance their spiritual motion.
