摘要
回看全球现代化进程,教育、科技、人才是3 个基本项,没有一个国家能够脱离它们而走向崛起.世界各国现代化建设情况不一,却有着教育"地基"、科技"动力"和人才"主体"协同推进的共通逻辑.在中国现代化的新征程中,要善于借鉴其他国家现代化进程中凝练出的前瞻性布局、制度化约束、学科化引领、要素化提升、开放化共赢和模式化建构等经验.未来的发展中应释放教育、科技和人才一体化在中国式现代化中的关联活力,用系统思维从制定规划、健全制度、疏通机制、创新模式和深化交流等方面深化调整.
Abstract
Looking back at the process of global modernization,education,science and technology and talents are the three basic items,and no country can rise without them.The world's modernization construction is dif-ferent,but there is a common logic of synergistic promotion of education,science and technology,talent.In the new journey of China's modernization,we should learn from the experience of forward-looking layout,insti-tutionalized constraints,disciplinary leadership,elemental enhancement,openness and win-win situation,and model construction,etc.,which have been condensed in the modernization process of developed countries.In the future development,we should unleash the vitality of the integration of education,science and technology and human resources in Chiness modernization,and deepen the adjustments in terms of formulating plans,perfecting the system,unclogging the mechanism,innovating the model and deepening the exchanges with sys-tematic thinking.
