Constructing a scientific education evaluation system is of great significance for the current educa-tion development,and it is also one of the key tasks of deepening the reform of education system and mecha-nism in our country.Based on the static quality,dynamic quality,and ecological quality,this study explores the"Three-Dimensional Evaluation"indicator system's basic principles,methods,and adherence.By con-structing a layered and modular structure,as well as integrating and distributing the weight of indicators,we deeply analyze the effectiveness and influencing factors of the"Three-Dimensional Evaluation"system,and propose effective strategies for promoting education evaluation reform,providing theoretical support and practi-cal guidance for the improvement of education evaluation system and the high-quality development of education in our country.
