In the current educational practice,the promulgation of educational punishment rules does not mean once and for all.There is still a long way to go to achieve the ideal state of temperature and small pun-ishments.In order to achieve such a state,teachers are required to find the trace of students'"bodies"and care for students'"bodies"in the process of education and punishment.The phenomenology of perception points out that"body"is"spirit and flesh","intimate"and can speak.However,in the current education field,the"body"is in a state of invisibility and lacks the concern for the"body".Educational punishment should care for the"body"of students.In view of the many difficulties in the current educational punishment,teachers attach more importance to means than effects,destroy the good relationship between teachers and students in the punishment,mechanical execution,and lack of communication,the use of"subject experi-ence","interaction"and"expressiveness"to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of educational punish-ment,implement the ultimate goal of educating people.
