With the continuous promotion of China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy,low-carbon and carbon reduction goals have become important macroeconomic goals, and at the same time, new require-ments have been put forward for the cultivation of dual carbon talents in higher education institutions. At pres-ent,the operating mechanism of China's carbon market is not yet sound, and a comprehensive university car-bon finance talent training system that meets social and economic needs has not been established. There are problems with incomplete knowledge system, incomplete financial practice, and incomplete joint training in carbon finance talent training.Starting from the perspective of knowledge ecology, the author analyzes the dif-ferent needs of different entities in the carbon finance knowledge ecosystem for talent cultivation, determines the influencing factors of carbon finance talent cultivation in universities, and proposes the establishment of talent cultivation strategies that meet talent needs in universities, providing talent and intellectual support for promoting the implementation of"dual carbon"in China.
