高校发展型资助育人的理论逻辑与实践进路

学生资助是发展教育扶贫、促进共同富裕的重要手段.随着绝对贫困的消除,以及相对贫困的反复性、多样性和非地缘性等特征的出现,必将赋予高校学生资助工作新的理论价值和现实意义.在高校场域内深度解析资助育人的内涵,构建"保障"与"发展"一体两翼资助服务育人体系,是实现稳定脱贫和高质量脱贫的重要途径.然而,当前高校工作中存在助困与育人"两张皮"、理论研究与实践创新失衡、主体需求与外在资源分离、实施力度与产生效度对立等问题,解决这些问题需要从育人的理论逻辑、发展的实际需求、机制路径的创新选择上构建发展型资助育人体系.
Student financial aid is an important approach to develop education to alleviate poverty and promote common prosperity.With the elimination of absolute poverty,the recurrence,diversity and non-geographical characteristics of relative poverty will surely give new theoretical value and practical significance to the work of student financial assistance in colleges and universities.It is an important way to achieve stable and high-qual-ity poverty alleviation by deeply analyzing the connotation of funding and educating people in the field of colle-ges and universities,and constructing an integrated two-wing funding service education system of"guarantee"and"development".Furthermore,there are troubles in the current work of colleges and universities,such as the"two skins"of helping the poor and educating,the imbalance between theoretical research and practical innovation,the separation of main needs from external resources,and the opposition between implementation intensity and validity.To solve these problems,it is necessary to construct a development-oriented funding and education system from the theoretical logic of education,the actual needs of development and the innovative choice of mechanism paths.
