摘要

课程思政能力是高校教师落实立德树人根本任务的核心能力.在内涵上教师课程思政能力是育人能力与育才能力的融合统一,在结构上包括课程思政认知、课程思政情感、课程思政意志和课程思政行为等方面的能力.高校教师课程思政能力的培育需要深化教师的课程思政认知能力,实现课程思政学理化;培育教师的课程思政情感能力,实现课程思政制度化;坚定教师的课程思政意志能力,实现课程思政情境化;提升教师的课程思政行为能力,实现课程思政常态化.

Abstract

Curriculum ideological and political ability is the core ability of college teachers to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.In its connotation,teachers'ideological and political ability in curricu-lum is the integration and unity of education ability and ability of education.In its structure,teachers'ideolog-ical and political ability includes cognition,emotion,will and behavior of curriculum ideological and political ability.The cultivation of college teachers'curriculum ideological and political ability needs to deepen teachers'cognitive ability of curriculum ideological and political,and realize curriculum ideological and politi-cal theorize;Cultivate teachers'emotion ability of curriculum ideological and political,and realize the institu-tionalization of curriculum ideological and political;Strengthen the teachers'volitional capacity of curriculum i-deological and political,and realize the contextualization of curriculum ideological and political;Improve teachers'action ability of curriculum ideological and political,and realize the normalization of curriculum ideo-logical and political.
