摘要

灵性的本意是指人的聪明智慧.一个有灵性的人不仅会具有灵活变通的能力和较好的创造力,而且对自己人生的意义和使命会有清醒的意识,并努力去实现.因此灵性教育是一个"转识成智"、促进大学生能力成长的过程,同时也是一个促进大学生生命觉醒、实现"精神成人"的过程.灵性教育是高等教育"以人为本"的必然要求,应该成为大学育人的基本价值取向——大学是提升人的灵性的最佳场所.

Abstract

Spirituality refers to originally human cleverness and wisdom.But a person with spirituality will not only have the ability of flexible?adaptation and better creativity,but also has a clear awareness of the mean-ing and mission of his life,so as to strive to realize the mission and meaning of his life.Therefore spiritual ed-ucation is a process of"turning knowledge into wisdom"and promoting the growth of ability of college students.It is also a process of promoting awakening of life of college students and realizing"spiritual growth".Spiritual education is the inevitable requirement of higher education putting people first,and it should be the basic value orientation of college education——university is the best place of promoting spiritual-ity.
