探索具有本土特色的中国高校学分制是新时代的重要课题.学分制诞生于德国,其核心精神是学习自由.本文通过探究学分制的国外发展源流,总结学分制的演进特征,探源学分制的成长轨迹.以美国、英国和日本3个国家的学分制模式为范例,分析不同模式下学分制的优缺点,为构建中国特色学分制提供有益借鉴.此外通过回顾中国学分制的历史变迁,探寻本土演变过程.其中借鉴只是基本手段,创新才是终极目的,我们应在借鉴国际经验的基础上,依据中国国情和高等教育发展规律探索学分制的本土化道路.
Exploring the credit system of Chinese universities with local characteristics is an important topic in the new era.The credit system was born in Germany,and its core spirit is freedom of learning.By exploring the origin of credit system in foreign countries,this paper summarizes the evolution characteristics of credit system and explores the growth track of credit system.Taking the credit system models of the United States,Britain and Japan as examples,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the credit system un-der different models,and provides useful reference for the construction of the credit system with Chinese char-acteristics.In addition,by reviewing the historical changes of China's credit system,we explore the local evo-lution process.Among them,reference is only the basic means,innovation is the ultimate goal,we should learn from the international experience on the basis of Chinese national conditions and higher education devel-opment law to explore the localization of the credit system.
