"大思政课"建设与哈工大工科课程结合的育人理论与实践

摘要
思政元素融入工科课程的新研究范式昭示着工科领域新教学法的必然性,这一现象关联着学科自身的充实和高校平台的更新,更与高校教师自身的思想政治素养、家国情怀、学术素养等综合能力息息相关.从科技历史的维度思考,新工科教育是传统工程教育模式不适应第四次工业革命而诞生的适时选择.因此,思政教育的创新思维与其方法论需要结合时代宏观背景凝练出新的向度."大思政课"视域下,工科课程的思政引领应当遵循以下方向:对学生主体与时代背景互动关系的重视,对立足学生动态、强化辩证思维、创新激发活力3个阶段的满足,以及对家国情怀、综合素养两个主观要素和思政课程原理、思政教育实践两个客观要素的融合.
Abstract
The new research paradigm of integrating ideological and political elements into engineering courses sig-nals the inevitability of novel pedagogical approaches in the field of engineering.This phenomenon is not only relat-ed to the enrichment of the discipline itself and the renewal of university platforms but is also intimately associated with the comprehensive abilities of university teachers,including their ideological and political literacy,patriotic sentiments,and academic competence.From the perspective of the history of science and technology,new engi-neering education emerges as a timely choice in response to the traditional engineering education model's inadequa-cy for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.Consequently,the innovative thinking and methodology of ideological and political education need to be refined in combination with the macro background of the era.Under the purview of"Grand Ideological and Political Courses,"the ideological and political guidance of engineering courses should fol-low these directions:emphasis on the interactive relationship between student subjects and the era,satisfaction of three stages:focusing on students'dynamics,strengthening dialectical thinking,innovating to stimulate vitality,and the integration of two subjective elements,patriotic sentiment and comprehensive literacy,with two objective elements,the principles of ideological and political courses and the practice of ideological and political education.
