共生理论视域下乡村定向师范生培养共同体的构建研究

摘要
乡村定向师范生培养制度的有效推进具有非常重要的共生价值.乡村定向师范生培养实践既是在积极践行产教融合、校校共生的精神,也是在主动构建"引校入教"的"U-G-S"人才培养共同体.现实中乡村定向师范生培养共同体的构建面临着共生单元认知不足、共生环境存在短板、共生模式不成熟以及共生界面欠缺的实践困境.扎根乡村教育实践需求的"以生为本"的乡村定向师范生培养共同体的构建有利于增强多元主体间的共生度,营造人才培养的共生环境,优化人才培养的共生模式,完善人才培养的共生界面.
Abstract
The effective promotion of the rural-oriented teacher training system has a very important symbiotic value.The practice of cultivating rural oriented teacher trainees is not only actively practicing the spirit of in-dustry-teaching integration and school-school symbiosis,but also taking the initiative to build a"U-G-S"tal-ent cultivation community by"introducing schools into education".In reality,the construction of rural orien-ted teacher training community is faced with the practical dilemmas of insufficient cognition of symbiosis unit,shortcomings of symbiosis environment,immature symbiosis mode and lack of symbiosis interface.The con-struction of"student-oriented"rural oriented teacher training community,which is demanded by rural educa-tion practice,is conducive to enhancing the degree of symbiosis among multiple subjects,constructing the symbiotic environment of talent training,optimizing the symbiotic mode of talent training,and perfect the sym-biotic interface of talent training.
