传统文化中积极人格教育理念及其现代转化路径探析

促进传统人格教育创造性转化是推进新时代我国人格教育的有效路径,我国传统文化中儒家思想强调培养进取型的积极人格,道家思想提倡培养豁达型的积极人格,两种积极人格的相反相成构成了我国传统积极人格.从时代的要求看,传统积极人格的两个维度有助于培养学生的奋斗精神和豁达心态,但忽视了对科学素养、理性精神的培养.新时代传统积极人格教育的创造性转化应当通过扬其利弃其弊的方式来实现.第一,借鉴新时代的时代精神促进传统积极人格内涵的时代更迭,以更好地发扬我国教育传统的优点.第二,吸收现代科学精神丰富传统积极人格的内涵,以克服传统教育的弊端.第三,实现积极人格教育与学科教育之间的深度融合,促进其在学校教育中的有效落实.
Promoting the creative transformation of traditional personality education is an effective way to pro-mote China's personality education in the new era.In Chinese traditional culture,Confucianism emphasizes the cultivation of aggressive positive personality,while Taoism advocates the cultivation of open-minded posi-tive personality.The opposite and complementary of the two positive personalities constitute China's traditional positive personality.From the requirements of the times,the two dimensions of traditional positive personality are helpful to cultivate students'struggling spirit and open-minded attitude,but neglect the cultivation of scien-tific literacy and rational spirit.The creative transformation of traditional positive personality education in the new era should be realized by promoting its advantages and abandoning its disadvantages.Firstly,learn from the spirit of the new era to promote the change of the times of traditional positive personality connotation,so as to better carry forward the advantages of China's educational tradition.Secondly,absorb the modern scientific spirit and enrich the connotation of traditional positive personality,so as to overcome the disadvantages of tra-ditional education.Thirdly,realize the deep integration of positive personality education and subject educa-tion,and to promote its effective implementation in school education.
