"双减"政策实施后家长教育焦虑的影响因素、原因分析及缓解对策

教育焦虑是我国家长真实心态的写照.在"双减"政策实施后,家长的教育焦虑受多方面因素的影响,既有宏观的政策因素、中观的学校因素,又有微观的家庭因素和学生因素.究其根本,在于教育政策变迁的不确定性引发家长政策认知的不确定性,制度政策和教育模式的转变使家长面临教育理念上的价值选择困境,学校、家庭和社会等多元教育主体需要承担更多的教育责任致使协同育人模式转型困难,等等."双减"政策实施后,构建家校社协同的育人生态是缓解家长教育焦虑的根本途径.具体而言,政府应强化引导意识,加强"双减"政策宣传;学校应发挥引导作用,增强家校社协同育人能力;家长应设置实际的教育期望,做好向导,不断提高教育能力;社会应加强倡导,推广素质教育理念;家校社应协同赋能,共担教育责任.
Education anxiety is the true state of mind portrayal of our parents.After the implementation of the"double reduction"policy,parents'educational anxiety is affected by many factors,including macro policy factors,middle school factors,and micro family factors and students factors.Fundamentally,the uncertainty of educational policy changes leads to the uncertainty of parents'cognition of policies,the perception of change in system policies and education mode makes parents face the dilemma of value choice in education concept,and the schools,families and society need to assume more educational responsibilities,resulting in difficulties in the transformation of collaborative education mode,etc.,all of which are the main causes of parents'educa-tional anxiety.After"double reduction",the construction of home-school-community cooperative education e-cology is the fundamental way to alleviate parents'education anxiety.Specifically,the government should raise awareness and strengthen the publicity of"double reduction"policy;Schools should play a leading role in en-hancing the ability of family,school and community cooperation in education.Parents set practical educational expectations,act as the guide and improve their educational ability constantly;The society should promote the idea of quality education;Promote collaboration between family,school and community,and share educational responsibilities.
