The connotation and extension of labor in today's society are changing,and vocational schools,as the main position of labor education,should adapt to the needs of cultural development and build a reasonable ecology of social labor culture.Based on the socialist labor values with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we study and analyze the ecological structure of labor culture in vocational schools,so as to explore the ecolog-ical path of labor culture in vocational schools,and put forward four key paths.Firstly,harmonious symbiosis,with green new quality development to lay a pure ecological concept of nurturing;secondly,integration and in-tegration,strengthen the connotation of nurturing labor culture;thirdly,the right and innovation,digital em-powerment to expand the extension of nurturing labor culture;fourthly,the transmutation and integration,the essence of traditional culture and labor culture nurturing concepts organic combination,to achieve the inherit-ance of cultural genes and the innovative development of cultural qualities.At the level of practice logic,rel-ying on the ecological framework,radiating to the heart.That is to say,it follows the practical logic of cohe-sive micro,focusing on students'personalized development;targeting meso,creating a unique labor culture landscape;and vertical and horizontal macro,accelerating the all-round integration of education.
