Teaching skill development is an important training objective of mathematics teacher training pro-gram,and higher education institutions need to adopt appropriate strategies and necessary measures to promote the teaching skill development of teacher trainees majoring in mathematics.However,under the existing train-ing model,the development of teaching skills of mathematics teacher trainees is mostly at the level of experi-ence.In view of the fact that the practical training of teaching skills neglects the substantive improvement of"problem solving"ability in mathematics teaching,the teaching team of Changshu Institute of Technology's"Theory of Mathematics Teaching"course,based on the observation and analysis of the connotation and influ-encing factors of the development of teaching skills in mathematics and the gathering of the deep and substan-tive development of teaching skills of the teacher trainees majoring in mathematics,has designed and construc-ted Designed and constructed a practical training system with the structure of"one standard and three sys-tems".The practical training system of mathematics classroom teaching has been reformed and innovated,and significant practical training results have been achieved.
