摘要

在我国本科院校向应用型高校转型的趋势和背景下,"双师型"教师队伍是培养面向社会的"下得去、留得住、用得上"的创新型、复合型和应用型人才的重要力量,也是高校转型和发展的师资保障.通过明确培养标准定位、提升教师发展内驱力、关注多方主体利益诉求及建立健全各类保障机制等措施,着力解决培养标准定位不清晰、教师自我发展意识缺失、校企利益取向不同导致的冲突及各方职能长效机制不健全等问题,打造一支理论知识深厚、实践技能熟练的"双师型"教师队伍,能够为应用型高校高质量发展与企业内涵提升的互动互惠、共赢共生打下坚实的基础.

Abstract

Undergraduate colleges transforming into application-oriented universities is an inevitable trend in nowadays education filed.Under this background,the"double-qualified"teacher team is an important force to cultivate innovative,compound and applied talents,who can be outstanding"sustainable-employee"for the society,and also a guarantee for the transformation and development of universities.However,there are still some problems we need to solve such as unclear training standards and orientation of"dual-teacher"teachers,lack of self-development awareness of teachers,different interests of schools and enterprises,and incomplete long-term functional mechanisms of various parties.A good way to deal with those difficulties is clarifying the training standards,enhancing the drive of teachers'development,paying attention to the interests of multiple subjects,and establishing and improving various guarantee mechanisms.Hence,building a"double teacher"team with profound theoretical knowledge and good practical skills is a solid foundation for the high-quality im-provement and development between colleges and enterprise,which can establish school-enterprise cooperation mutual benefit,symbiosis and win-win situation.
