Since the 21st century,the development stage of online higher education in China and in Europe and America has been basically consistent in terms of start,growth and maturity,and the practice mode of both has differences in organizational form,course supply and diplomas recognition.In general,the goals of both are to build an information-based higher education system,promote social equity,and build a powerful higher education country.In order to enhance the international influence of online higher education,European and American countries encourage enterprises participation in order to improve international visibility,optimize course supply to improve international recognition,strengthen supporting systems to enhance international de-velopment driving force,and enhance degrees and diplomas recognition to expand the right of speech of inter-national exchanges.In this regard,we should:create an international development environment and further promote school-enterprise cooperation,build a world-class global curriculum quality service guarantee system,establish a team of college teachers fully equipped with information technology professional quality,and deep-en cooperation with other countries and expand international education certification programs.
