From the perspective of synergistic theory,the collectivized school-running in basic education is to build a symbiotic relationship of resource sharing and establish a mutually beneficial symbiotic entity.However,in prac-tice,education groups generally face the dilemma of"be collective but not united".Therefore,this article takes the perspective of synergistic theory to analyze the difficulties that constrain the symbiotic development of the collec-tivized school-running in basic education and explore breakthrough paths.It is found that there are currently three problems:arbitrary selection of symbiotic units,single and inefficient symbiotic interfaces,and weak and complex symbiotic environments,which respectively lead to difficulties in forming symbiotic relationships,obstacles in opti-mizing symbiotic modes,and biased results in the operation of symbiotic bodies.In response to the above issues,relevant entities should clarify the positioning of collectivized school-running,establish the admission mechanism,and scientifically select symbiotic units.Education groups should innovate management concepts and methods,con-struct an educational community,and improve symbiotic models.The government should correct its functional defi-ciencies and dislocations,and optimize the symbiotic environment for collectivized school-running.
