A Practical Rationale for Teaching of the Course"Educational Research Methods"to Teacher Trainees in the Perspective of Core Literacy——Exploration and Reflection Based on the PAD Class Teaching Mode
High-quality teacher training is an intrinsic requirement for high-quality development of education,and research ability is a core quality of teachers and an important symbol of high-quality teachers.As the main course to train the research ability of teacher candidates,the course of《research methods in education》is also the core course to train high-quality teachers.The PAD class teaching Mode follows the principle of division of power and responsibility between teachers and students,and sets up teaching links such as teachers'lecturing,students'internalization,and seminars and exchanges,which attaches importance to the effective guidance of teachers and gives full play to students'initiative and enthusiasm,which is conducive to realizing the unity of learning and research in the course of《research methods in education》for teacher candidates and helping to cultivate teacher candidates'core qualities,such as research ability and innovative spirit.In order to improve the PAD class teaching of the《research methods in education》course for teacher candidates,the course teach-ing should realize the close integration of correctness and innovation,promote the organic unity of teaching and practice,and reflect the equal dialogue between teachers and students.
