The profound influence of digital technology has put forward new requirements for the quality and a-bility of ideological&political teachers in universities.Based on the Marxist perspective on"technology socie-ty"and taking"six requirements"for ideological and political education teachers as the starting point,this paper proposes that the quality and ability system of ideological and political education teachers in digital soci-ety universities includes six important dimensions:unwavering political literacy,sincere and nurturing emo-tions,scientific and rigorous argumentative thinking,profound and profound academic literacy,perfect person-ality and moral character,and up-to-date digital literacy.Besides,we believed that the improvement of the quality and capacity of ideological&political course teachers in universities in the digital society was not only the foundation of serving the strategy of building a strong education country,but also the foundation of strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,and the soul of improving teacher education skills;It origi-nates from the scientific guidance of Marxism,focuses on the reform of ideological&political courses in uni-versities,focuses on the fierce competition of ideology,and conforms to the practical demands of digital indig-enous people.It is suggested to start from a systematic perspective and form a quality and ability training sys-tem that focuses on"firmly establishing a sense of subjectivity,continuously improving the evaluation mecha-nism,accelerating the improvement of training mechanisms,and striving to improve the internal and external environment",in order to continuously improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological&political courses in digital society universities.
