Perioperative nursing care for a hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patient with bilateral ventricular outflow tract obstruction undergoing multiple surgical approaches
To summarize a comprehensive overview of the perioperative nursing experience.The main nursing points included maintaining effective blood circulation,preventing arrhythmia,postoperative bleeding,cardiac and cerebrovascular accidents and acute renal function injury,nutritional nursing and predictive psychological nursing.The patient stopped mechanical assisted ventilation 15 h after surgery,was removed from intensive care 86h after surgery,and was discharged successfully 53 days later.
