3D打印技术是基于影像学资料,运用相应材料生成可视化且可触及的组织器官精确模型的技术.随着影像设备、打印材料及技术的不断革新,3D打印技术在外科领域的应用日益广泛,目前已在泌尿系结石手术的规划、术前模拟、专业培训及医患沟通等多个环节中得到广泛应用.本文对3D打印在泌尿系结石手术中的应用和研究进展进行综述.该技术因能够提供全面且精确的解剖信息,显著提高了输尿管软镜碎石术和经皮肾镜碎石术的有效性和安全性,缩短了医学生和年轻医生的手术学习曲线,并提升了医患沟通的效率.
Three-dimensional(3D)printing technology is a method that utilizes imaging data to fabricate precise models of both visual and tangible tissue organs using corresponding materials.With the advance in imaging equipment,materials,and printing techniques,the utilization of 3D printing in surgery is becoming increasingly prevalent.Presently,3D printing is extensively employed in the planning of surgery to remove urological calculi,preoperative simulation,professional training,and doctor-patient communication.Due to its capacity to furnish comprehensive and precise anatomical information,3D printing significantly enhances the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy,reduces medical students and young doctors'learning curve of surgical procedures,and amplifies the effectiveness of doctor-patient interaction.This article provides an overview of the current application status and research advance of 3D printing in urinary calculi surgery.
