摘要

随着全球能源危机和环境污染问题的日益严重,光伏发电作为一种清洁、可再生能源受到广泛关注.提出一种基于物联网和长短期记忆网络(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)的光伏发电功率预测系统.介绍系统的总体架构,详细阐述基于物联网的数据采集部分,利用LSTM模型实时监测、分析光伏发电站环境数据,实现光伏发电功率预测,深入探讨系统的软硬件配置,明确数据预处理、特征提取、模型训练及系统集成的具体步骤,并构建系统进行测试.

Abstract

With the increasingly serious global energy crisis and environmental pollution problems,photovoltaic power generation as a clean and renewable energy has been widely concerned.This paper presents a photovoltaic power prediction system based on the Internet of Things and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM).The overall architecture of the system is introduced,the data acquisition part based on the Internet of Things is elaborated,the real-time monitoring and analysis of the environmental data of photovoltaic power station is used to achieve photovoltaic power generation power prediction,the hardware and software configuration of the system is deeply discussed,and the specific steps of data pre-processing,feature extraction,model training and system integration are defined,and the system is constructed for testing.
