With the rapid development of intelligent technology,vibration monitoring is widely used in various fields as a common equipment monitoring means for intelligent operation and maintenance.In the condition monitoring industry,vibration monitoring is used for the fault diagnosis of bearings and gears,the establishment of vibration fault characteristics database,and the predictive maintenance of bearing and gear faults.In mining machinery,to apply vibration monitoring system reasonably and stably,the choice of vibration sensor type and reasonable installation strategy are the key points.Based on this,this paper introduces the composition and principle of vibration monitoring system,describes the deployment of common mining equipment vibration monitoring system,and discusses the specific application of vibration monitoring system in the process of common mining equipment operation and maintenance.
