摘要
自然资源确权登记是完善自然资源资产产权制度的必要手段,信息化平台的建设能够确保数据的统一登记和精准管理,文章结合GIS技术和空间数据库技术研发了自然资源确权登记数据平台,基于组件式模式开发了数据建库、数据操作、数据应用以及数据质检等功能,可为用于自然资源管理的地理信息系统应用提供一定的技术支撑.
Abstract
Natural resource ownership confirmation and registration is a necessary means to improve the property rights system of natural resources.The construction of informatization platforms can ensure the unified registration and precise management of data.This paper combines GIS technology and spatial database technology to develop a natural resource ownership confirmation and registration data platform.Through a component-based mode,functions such as data database construction,data operation,data application,and data quality inspection are developed,it can provide certain technical support for the application of geographic information systems for natural resource management.
