随着高等教育的不断扩招,高校中的人数越来越多,人群密集场所也日渐增多,因此,如何安全、合理、高效地对高校中的人员进行人员流动管理是重要任务。相比于其他人群密集的场所而言,宿舍占据着学生日常生活中很大一部分的时间,以青岛理工大学北区 8 号宿舍楼为研究对象,在多方位、多平台、多渠道获取的现有管理方案下宿舍人员流动数据的基础上,采用BIM技术真实还原建筑模型,使用MassMotion对校园人员流动情况进行仿真分析,有助于学校对人员更好地统一化管理与调整,提升校园智慧化管理效率。
Optimization of Personnel Flow Management Method in Colleges and Universities Based on BIM + MassMotion
With the continuous expansion of higher education enrollment,the number of people in colleges and universities is increasing,and crowded places are also increasing.Therefore,how to manage personnel flow in colleges and universities safely,reasonably and efficiently is an important task.Compared with other crowded places,dormitories occupy a large part of students'daily life.Taking No.8 dormitory building in the north area of Qingdao University of Technology as the research object,based on the flow data of dormitory personnel under the existing management scheme obtained from multiple directions,multiple platforms and multiple channels,BIM technology is used to restore the architectural model truly.And MassMotion is used to simulate and analyze the flow situation of campus personnel.It helps schools to better unify the management and adjustment of personnel,and improves the efficiency of campus intelligent management.
