摘要

文章基于《青海省气象灾害预警信号质量检验办法》,结合2021年新修订的《青海省气象灾害预警信号及防御指南》,通过Python语言开发了一套青海省气象灾害预警信号检验系统,通过预警信号文件解析、实况资料预处理、检验等相关方法最终形成按月、季、年检验的青海省暴雨、暴雪、大风、雷电、寒潮、冰雹预警信号检验报表,检验结果为青海省气象灾害预警信号质量的提高提供了技术支撑和参考.

Abstract

Based on the Measures for Quality Inspection of Early Warning Signals of Meteorological Disasters in Qinghai Province,combined with the newly revised Guidelines for Early Warning Signals and Defense of Meteorological Disasters in Qinghai Province in 2021,this paper develops a set of early warning signal inspection system of meteorological disasters in Qinghai Province through Python language.Through the early warning signal file analysis,live data preprocessing,inspection and other related methods,finally,the inspection report of rainstorm,snowstorm,gale,lightning,cold wave and hail in Qinghai Province is formed by monthly,season and annual inspection.The inspection results provide technical support and reference for improving the quality of meteorological disaster warning signals in Qinghai Province.
