从外观、成本、性能等方面考量笔记本电脑等电子产品,目前所用的材质主要为塑胶。笔记本电脑塑胶款最重要的一环就是结构件的注塑成型,注塑成型产品大多数会出现翘曲、缩水、熔接痕、结构印等问题点。为了更加准确和便捷地进行缺陷分析,将注塑成型的产品进行 3D扫描,然后利用GOM软件进行分析,可以准确地得到翘曲的位置、缩水的厚度差异、熔接痕和结构印的具体差异等数据,同时可以输出对比报告,为产品件的优化设计提供重要参考和指导。
Measurement and Analysis of Notebook A COVER Based on GOM Environment
Considering electronic products such as laptop from their appearance,cost,and performance,the main material currently used is plastic.The most important part of the plastic technology for laptops is the injection molding of structural components.Injection molded products often have problems such as warping,shrinkage,fusion marks,and structural imprints.In order to conduct defect analysis more accurate and convenient,the injection molded products are scanned in 3D,and then use GOM software for analysis.This can accurately obtain data such as the position of warping,the thickness difference of shrinkage,the specific differences of fusion marks and structural imprints.At the same time,a comparative report can be output,providing important reference and guidance for the optimization design of product parts.
