摘要
"中国制造2025"即中国版工业4.0.作为中国制造业未来10年的顶层规划和路线图,其核心思想是借助工业技术与信息技术实现智能制造的数字化企业.从油田生产发展趋势和设备管理要求现状出发,文章遵从业务需求导向,提炼设计应用功能,将传统单一系统建设模式转变为模块化服务集成应用的全新模式,将设备全生命各个阶段纳入统一体系,建设设备数字化管理平台,改善设备综合情况、业务流程、实时数据查询方式及路径,辅助生产管理.
Abstract
"Made in China 2025",the Chinese version of Industry 4.0,as the top-level planning and roadmap of Chinese manufacturing industry in the next 10 years,its core idea is to realize the digital enterprise of intelligent manufacturing with the help of industrial technology and information technology.Starting from the development trend of oilfield production and the current situation of equipment management requirements,this paper follows the business demand-oriented,extracts the design and application functions,transforms the traditional single system construction mode into a new model of modular service integration and application,integrates all stages of equipment full life into a unified system.It builds a digital equipment management platform,improves the overall situation of equipment,business processes,real-time data query methods and paths,and assists production management.
