基于主站仿真的巡检机器红外模块检测系统

巡检机器红外模块的检测目前大多采用人工方式,存在效率低难溯源的问题。文章提出一种基于主站仿真的巡检机器红外模块检测系统,由测控装置、黑体辐射源、巡检子站后台系统组成。根据巡检子站与集控主站之间的统一通信协议,仿真巡检机器的主站系统。设计了检测系统的软件流程,实现由测控装置自动控制巡检机器完成红外模块的检测工作。试验结果表明了该系统的可行性,具有较高的自动化程度,提高了巡检机器红外模块检测的效率,适用于大批量的检测工作。
Infrared Module Detection System of Inspection Machine Based on Master Station Simulation
At present,the detection of the infrared module of inspection machine mostly adopts manual method,which has the problem of low efficiency and difficult to trace the source.This paper proposes an infrared module detection system of inspection machines based on master station simulation,which consists of the measurement and control device,black body radiation source,and background system of inspection substations.According to the unified communication protocol between the inspection substation and the centralized control master station,the master station system of the inspection machine is simulated.The software flow of the detection system is designed to realize the automatic control of the inspection machine by the measurement and control device to complete the detection work of the infrared module.The test results show the feasibility of the system,which has a high degree of automation,improves the detection efficiency of the infrared module of the inspection machine,and is suitable for large-scale detection work.
